Limelight Dating Referral Policy

1. Overview

Limelight Dating offers a referral program designed to reward users who invite others to join our platform. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with this Referral Policy and all other applicable Limelight Dating terms, including our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Referral Process

  1. Referral Codes: Users are provided with unique referral codes or links that can be shared with others. Referred users must enter the referral code during registration to qualify for rewards.
  2. Reward Structure:
    • Users receive 1,000 points for each successful referral.
    • Referrers earn an additional percentage of points earned by their referrals: 5% for standard users and 15% for premium users.
  3. Redemption: Points may be redeemed in the Limelight Dating in-app shop for premium subscriptions, digital and physical gifts, and cash payouts. Payout options are subject to status and availability and can change at any time.

3. Eligibility Requirements

  1. A referred user must engage with the app for a minimum of 2 hours in total. This engagement period can occur at any time and is not restricted to the first seven days after registration.
  2. Referral rewards are limited to one redemption per referred user.
  3. Users may not refer accounts they created or control, including secondary accounts created for couples, throuples, or multiple profiles.
  4. Users with multiple accounts(1 personal and 1 couples/throuples) must choose one account to refer others with. If you have accidently referred people using multiple account let us know immediately and we can help .

4. Rewards Redemption

When a referral successfully completes the engagement requirements outlined in Section 3(a), the referring user will automatically receive their earned reward. In most cases, the 3-day premium subscription bonus is issued within 5 minutes of the referred user completing the requirements set out above.

If an immediate reward issue is not possible (for example, due to connectivity, synchronization, or processing delays), the reward will be credited the next time the referring user logs into their Limelight Dating account—whichever occurs first. All rewards will appear in the users inventory, and confirmation notifications may be sent via email or in-app alerts once the reward is applied.

Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents, and may only be used within the Limelight Dating app in accordance with its Terms of Service.

5. Monitoring and Fraud Prevention

All referral activity will be monitored for suspicious or fraudulent behavior. Limelight Dating reserves the right to remove or suspend any accounts that it believes, in its sole discretion, are violating this policy, other Limelight Dating rules, or applicable laws.

6. Limitations and Termination

  1. Referral rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or terminated at the sole discretion of Limelight Dating.
  2. Limelight Dating reserves the right to limit the number of referrals per user or adjust the reward structure at any time.
  3. This Referral Policy does not create any employment, partnership, or contractual relationship beyond the rewards program.

7. Governing Law

This Referral Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
